ME SBG - Small 100 points Moria Army - [Army Lists #1]
Hi everybody!
In this post I will show you a 100 points Moria Army. 100 points is very low for a ME SBG battle, but it is still fun to play a short game.
So, our limit for this Army List is 100 points. Let's start with a captain. A normal Goblin Captain costs 35 points. We can add a shield to the captain, which will make it 40 points instead of 35. If we give a model a shield, it's defense becomes 1 higher than normal. This is great of course, so let's give him a shield.
We are now on a total of 40 points.
A normal Goblin Captain is a Hero of Fortitude (https://me-sbg.blogspot.com/2019/06/me-sbg-heroic-tiers-rules-6.html) which means he can lead up to 12 models.
A normal Moria Goblin Warrior costs 4 points. But for 1 extra point you can add a bow, spear or shield. A spear does the following:
If you want to attack the opponent's model, you have to be in base-contact with it. However, if your model has a spear, it can attack by being in base-contact with a friendly model, which is in base-contact with the opponent's model. Every model that is in base-contact with an opponent's model can have only 1 spear supporting him
Lets take 4 Goblin Warriors with bows, 4 with shields and 4 with spears. A Goblin Warrior with a bow, shield or spear costs 5 points, so 12 Goblin Warriors with spears, bows or shields costs 60 points.
Add that to the 40 points we already had and then we have exactly 100 points!
This is what our army list now looks like:
- Goblin Captain (with shield) 40 points
- 12 Goblin Warriors (4 with bows, 4 with shields and 4 with spears) 60 points
Total: 100 points
