ME SBG - Elf of the Last Alliance Captain Conversion - [Conversions #3]
Hello everybody!
In this post I will explain how to convert an Elf of the Last Alliance to a Captain!
If you are converting a model to a captain, you have to make sure that the model really looks different and "better" than the normal warriors. To really make the captain stand out, you can do the following things:
- Make the model stand higher, for example by putting it on a rock
- Change the model's weapon, for example to a selfmade weapon, so everybody can see that your captain is different than the other warriors
- Paint it in a different way
I converted an Elf of the Last Alliance to a Captain. This is how I did it:
First, I cut the Elf from it's base. Then I made a small pilar, using some wood and white paint. I swapped the Elf's sword for a elven spear. This is a picture of my conversion:
In my opinion it looks stronger than the normal Elfs, because it is standing higher. I have not repainted it, I don't know if it would make it better, or what colors to use. Maybe you have some tips and tricks for me?
I hope you learned something or got some inspiration!
